We enjoyed a wonderfully comfortable and tranquil stay. Our room opened directly onto a breathtaking sunrise view, setting the perfect tone for each morning. Snorkeling off the pier was a highlight, and the villa generously provided a canoe at no additional cost. The food was delicious, and the service was exceptionally warm. Special thanks to Viki for allowing us an early check‑in without any surcharge. We also appreciate your help in arranging the speedboat crossing.

Overall my stay was a great experience. The check in was smooth and the environment is clean, peaceful and security conscious. The security guards and staff quickly recognizes in-mates. The internet was good, food was delicious and there was a variety food to choose from. Felt like home from away.

Breakfast was great, please fix the toaster and coffee machine, they did not work. Alot of guests on my floor 15th, banging doors after 11pm, knocking and disturbing other guests, I did mention to staff please place me somewhere quiet for my rest. The staff accomodated my requests and moved me quickly to a quiet place, they upgraded my room, amazing! Hotel is fantastic, I stayed 3 nights with no other issues besides people making loud noises after 11pm. Staff are friendly and helpful, Nuju coffee is nearby, a few minutes walk, excellent wifi inside room and warm water for a relaxing shower. I would come again!

Loved the breakfast here with great selection and quality, the location is nice as it's a bit out of the way which means you don't hear alot of the traffic throughout the night. Staff are also accodating. Nice Gym and pool also

The rooms were very clean and have balcony view to the city and hills. We got connecting rooms. 1 room with king size bed has a long sofa. The soap, shampoo and body lotions were dove, there were bathrobe, iron and hair dryer, and 3 bath towels per room. Half of the rooms floor and hallway were carpeted. View of the gym to the sea and pool. So we can watch the kids swimming. The breakfast highlights were noodle station, waffle ice cream , popcorn, jamu and wedang drink. And you can have breakfast with a view
