If I could give more than 10 stars, I absolutely would! Green Merta is a truly wonderful place to stay. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, centrally located, and just a short walk from the port. But what truly made my stay exceptional was the comfort, the bed was hands down the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on! Kadek, the owner, went above and beyond in every possible way. He helped me with my heavy luggage, even transporting it on a scooter to the homestay, and assisted me in buying discounted tickets to Gili T. He kindly arranged luggage storage for me and continued to offer generous help throughout my trip, from sharing fresh fruit as breakfast to personally dropping me off right at the boat the next day, even though it wasn’t expected of him. His kindness, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality made my stay unforgettable. I’m so grateful I chose Green Merta and would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Padangbai. A huge thank you to Kadek for going the extra mile (and more!) : your generosity made all the difference 🙏🏽

We had a great stay. The service was excellent as well as the food. The breakfast was also very good. We snorkel just outside the restaurant and saw loads of coral, nice fish and sea turtles. It was a really great stay and exceeded our expectations.

Amazing hotel with great facilities, wonderful view and very tasty food! Our ferry to Gili Air has been cancelled because of bad weather and the wonderful staff from Sadamatra hotel helped us to buy the tickets for public ferry and helped us carrying our bags up to our seats! We couldn't ask for more, I really recommend staying there.

Extremely friendly staff. We were welcomed by the owner, and were able to get a very good late dinner.

We only stayed there for the 1 night before we got the ferry to the Gili Islands but the place was clean, the bed was comfortable and the staff were incredibly helpful with organising various car/boat transfers.

Breakfast was always a delight, the gardens were insanely beautiful filled with flowers, birds and butterflies. The location is right on the water and the peace and serenity is 10/10. The team take a lot of pride in the gardens and the cleanliness of the rooms and it shows! Everyone is super lovely and I could not recommend it high enough !!

I went there with my wife on our honeymoon and I totally recommend this hotel, we stayed there for a week without leaving the resort not even once (ten out of ten). The food at the restaurant is outstanding and the portions are decent. Regarding lunch and dinner, we loved the prawns, steaks, burgers, pizzas, etc... Also they have variety of delicious soups and appetizers. For breakfast, they have different types of eggs, fresh fruits, fresh juices, coffee, waffles, pancakes, etc and they taste amazing. Really hats-off to the amazing chef. The service and waiters are super friendly. The facilities are very clean, and the private pool with the view on the ocean is breathtaking. We enjoyed swimming at the beach, the pool and our private pool. Also, amazing views. The service in general is amazing and the Staff are just lovely, Also, we had a romantic dinner arranged with photoshoot. We really enjoyed it and we were very happy with the received photos. Yeah and finally the spa is great. We had received a couple massage very other day and felt super relaxed. TOTALY RECOMMENDED
