The Villa was really quiet and the location’s perfectly secluded. It’s an amazing sanctuary to relax and it’s close to the beach. The staff made it more memorable, especially the hardworking Ka Ayu. The rooms were very clean, well made up and designed very well with a lot of thought. I appreciated the calming surrounds within the property which made for a very peaceful stay. Joe was a great host and did his best to make my stay as good as it could be, in particular facilitating a great morning surf. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast options were great.

Almost cancelled the booking for this amazing property due to payment issue with their central reservations. Beautiful luxurious villas, huge space, private pool, in room spa, and etc, you ask for it and you get it. Location is near to everything and in very peaceful area. Kudos to MS. CINDY an amazing front office agent who welcome us at teratai with her radiant smile. She always went extra mile to get the things done, whether its spa or breakfast or any other request .she left no stone unturned. Where do I start? First, the location is convenient and easy to reach. The room is great—neat and clean. They provide a free water dispenser, which is a nice touch. The bathroom and wardrobe are also nice, and the shared kitchen area is a great feature. I took others' suggestions from the reviews and visited Red Dragon—loved it! The food was delicious. If you’re Indonesian or a foreigner wanting to try Balinese food, definitely try Nasi Sela Sekuta, right across the road. Don’t forget Massimo Gelato for a treat—it’s super affordable and delicious! I had a bit of a hard time finding a scooter to rent, but Angkasa Scooter and Motorbike Rental near Sanur harbor worked out well. The staff was also very friendly.
