We got an opgrade for free which meant we got a room on the top floor faacing the Dead Sea. All rooms face the Dead Sea. Breajfast is amazing. There is so much to chose from. The staff is very helpfull, especially Shlomit, who is paying attention to every detail. We got everything we required, from an upgrade for the room to information related to transportation in Israel. We liked the food, the clean room, the swimming pool, the animation team. It was my best friend's birthday and we stayed here to celebrate it, as soon as the staff heard this they upgraded our room and sent a lovely bottle of wine and plate of fresh fruit upstairs with a happy birthday/mazel tov note. They also helped with any questions we had straight away. Hotel is right on the beach and has a lovely clean pool. Highly recommended! We'd return any time!Guest review byDianaYoung couple
