Lorenza is the best host I have ever met. Everything was perfectly prepared. A delicious breakfast awaited us every day in the amazingly stylish kitchen. The room itself, including the bathroom, was very well soundproofed and very well equipped. The bed was very comfortable. The bnb is located in a stylish district, close to the centre and restaurants. I highly recommend this host, you can see that Lorezna has put a lot of heart and work to make each guest feel very comfortable in this flat.

Silvio was very kind and picked us up and dropped us back to the train station and even loaded all our baggage. He was very communicable and was quick to respond. The apartment was huge and well equipped. We loved playing table tennis and Scrabble. Would definitely recommend.

We loved the location, facilities and ambience. Just sorry we could only stay one day as it was a short stop over on our travel to the north of Italy. The access to the electric car charger was another reason we booked the place as it made it very convenient not to have to hunt around for a charging place outside the hotel. An amazing room, excellent breakfast and the breathtaking location made this stay memorable . We will tell our friends about this place for sure

It's very uncommon for me to give full marks to a place but this place is totally unique, few hundreds of meters from the nearby university, highest point in Ancona with an historic landmark inside the propery and a rare within-the-town farmhouse whose products you can taste for breakfast ... and also the room is bigger than a standard junior suite and has a very large bathroom with both shower and bath tub! You can even have a run within the propery, with a super view on both the sea side and land side of ancona.

The property itself was in a great location, 5 minutes walk from the beach and with great ocean views. The owners and staff were lovely and very welcoming. They let us leave our bags early before check in, even offering us coffee. Every was super clean and we woke up to an incredible breakfast with home made sweets.
