Amazing house next to a beach in a untouristy area:) the stay was one of my highlights during my one month sri lanka trip! The rooms are comfortable and you can enjoy a great breakfast looking at the ocean. I also loved the activities (boat safari, scooter rental, temples, waterfall, local dinner) i did around the area with the great help of waranga. Thanks again for the amazing time:)

I had an amazing experience staying at here. The location is absolutely perfect, with a beautiful beach. The sea view is breathtaking and truly adds to the overall experience. The villa itself is spotless and very well-maintained, creating a calm and offering a comfortable environment to relax. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into maintaining the place. The staff were also very helpful and always ready to assist with anything we needed. Choosing to stay here was definitely a pleasure.

The homestay was directly on the beach. Our room was very spacious, clean and we could see the ocean from our room. The breakfast was delicious with typical Sri Lankan specialties. We wanted to stay one night but prolonged it to a second night, we would even stayed longer but we had to get going.

We stayed at Nilupul Villa for a month+ and it was amazing. The owners are extremely nice, super friendly people, always helpful. I needed a desk to work at, and they were so kind to arrange one for me. 😍 It is a perfect place for a longer stay. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, lots of storage facilities, hangers, shelves and lovely wooden furniture. 1 bedroom is air conditioned, both have the fans on the ceiling. There is also a moskito net over the bed. Our favourite spot here was the balcony/ terrace surrounding the 2nd floor, with the view of palm trees, birds, squirrels 🐿️ and even bats in the evening. The neighbourhood is quiet and the house is located amongs the local houses, very close to the beach. ⛱️ There is a small local shop nearby selling drinks and snacks. You can take a walk to 507 restaurant offering a variety of fresh, local food. Nilupul Villa is the excellent price to quality ratio. There is also a washing machine, well equipped kitchen with a gas hob, glasses, cups, forks etc. The beds are very comfortable and the place is clean and nice. Highly recommend. 👍🏼

I recently had the pleasure of spending a few days at this magnificent hotel, and I cannot express enough how wonderful my stay was! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to make sure that every aspect of my stay was perfect. The food was nothing short of extraordinary. Each meal was a delightful experience, with a variety of delicious dishes that catered to every taste. I found myself eagerly anticipating each dining experience. The hotel grounds are a true paradise. The gardens are beautifully maintained, providing a serene and tranquil atmosphere that made it easy to relax and unwind. And the proximity to the stunning sea added an extra touch of magic to my stay. The sound of the waves and the breathtaking views were simply unforgettable. I must also commend the management for creating such a remarkable environment. Their attention to detail and commitment to excellence is evident in every corner of the hotel. Overall, my experience was nothing short of fabulous. I wholeheartedly give this hotel five stars and highly recommend it to anyone seeking a perfect getaway.     the location is absolutely amazing, right on the beach. actually you will have a sand garden with a barbecue and hammocks 😊 the owners are a young couple that don’t live at the property but they pass some time taking care of it and they are 24h available via WhatsApp. they have also kitchenette, so you can cook your own staff. perfect for long staying😊
