We initially chose Ayana Beach Hotel because of its proximity to the airport and planned to explore Colombo city during our stay. However, from the moment we arrived, the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere completely captured us, and we found ourselves happily spending most of our time at the hotel instead. We had a wonderful stay here. The hotel is located in a quiet area, away from Colombo’s busy streets, offering the perfect escape for anyone seeking comfort and tranquility. A special thanks to Khalil, who was extremely helpful, kind, and hardworking, meeting him was truly a pleasure. The rest of the staff were amazing too. The food was absolutely delicious; we never felt the need to dine anywhere else. All in all, Ayana Beach Hotel is the perfect choice for a peaceful and memorable stay near Colombo!

I received a very warm welcome. Staff were polite and nothing was too much trouble they assisted me to have a Dr's consultation and full body massage which was excellent. I swam in the lovely, clean pool, watched the sea and had a fantastic yoga session. The food was excellent and of a very high standard 5 star service. I was able to book a taxi and go shopping and was dropped at the airport. I would recommend this hotel with no reservation and would book it again.

The host's hospitality was wonderful and I felt very relaxed. The breakfast was very delicious with lots of beautiful and delicious fruits and fruit juices. We very much enjoyed our stay in this large and lovely villa. My kids loved the private pool. There were floats and water guns, and the children were very happy. There was a washing machine and they also lent me a rope to dry my clothes, which was very helpful. My kids said they had the most fun staying here.

We booked the whole hotel, all 4 rooms. So we had a lot of privacy and the swimming pool to ourselves. The pool is large and incredibly clean. The owner Damith (Dani) is very friendly and Pobudu cooks very tasty and delicious food. We ate breakfasts and late lunches in the accommodation. The location suited us, as we have visited Sri Lanka 3 times in the past... The sea/ocean is not suitable for swimming but that's okay, there is a large swimming pool.

    Very nice location, friendly staff. Pubudu and the other guys there were all great. Close to Colombo and to the airport as well. Beach front, even though we didn't go to the beach in the short time we were there.

    The hotel was convenient to get to the airport and Colombo. Great view of the ocean and the city skyline from the roof terrace. Pubudu was excellent. He was fantastic at helping us store our bags, arranging transport to the airport and generally was great at his job. Nothing was a problem for him and he had such a positive attitude.

    We stood one night at Bivon, before departing next day from Colombo, and our stay couldn’t be better. The place is very clean and right by the seaside, rooms very comfortable and breakfast yummy :). Dinesh was extremely helpful at every moment and we just would like to thank again for the hospitality and the car rides! See you soon.

    The hospitality was exceptional. Mr Dinesh recieved us at airport in the middle of night. Great service. When my child got sick he took her to hospital also. A very kind gesture from the hotel was they arranged for special food for my daughter during her illness. The location of the hotel is simply excellent. It's right on the beach and the humongous windows of the room augment the beach view experience. Wifi is good and the pool is cozy. Would 100% recommend. Everything was taken care by Mr Dinesh.
