Kitana Lodge was a wonderful and peaceful place. My wife and I stayed here for only three days, but we truly enjoyed every moment. The host, Nelly, was incredibly kind and friendly, and we loved chatting with her. Even when we felt like having some snacks, like chips or chocolate, she immediately organized them for us she was simply the best and a good friend! The rooms were huge the largest we’ve seen during our one-month trip through Madagascar and they were also very clean. We really miss this place and would love to come back someday. Warm regards, Jonas and Celina🥰

The location is spectacular, the staff are all so helpful and nice. The woman manager went above and beyond to organise tours or transport and help us enjoy our stay. The ability to see whales from the terrace was magical. The food is excellent with an extensive lunch and dinner menu. Room was large and comfortable, anti mosquito plugins and sensible nets were standard. The hotel has a group of giant tortoises as well which were fun to see.

It’s the perfect balance between nature and comfort. It is positioned alongside one of the most beautiful beaches I’ve seen and the huts are hidden among trees- making you feel like you’re staying in a tropical forest. The resort offers lots of services. The food is high quality and the staff are very attentive. The pictures online don’t do justice to the place. It’s more than a resort, it’s a unique vibe.

Great location, big white sandy beach right in front of the property. There’s a very nice swimming hole 3 min walk down the beach. It was fantastic to sit out on our beach front bungalow to watch setting sun! Our bungalow had plenty of hot water in the shower! Great choices for breakfast, nice cold beer and 3 choices for dinner at the restaurant! We saw some of the other accommodations on the island I think Maningory is the best one!!!

Right on the beach. The bungalows are modern and very clean, with lockable safes. The facilities are great, they have free kayaks and a bar/ restaurant that sometimes has live music. The food is good, and if you walk (or kayak) up the coast there are two really great places to eat. They have a whole list of excursions they can help you with. The place works hard at being both fun and peaceful and gets the ballance just right.

the best place on ile aux nates with the best beach, the super attentive staff and the chef (albert) is one of the best on the island. Roica and his wife help you with everything there is to do. Super family atmosphere and without a doubt the best place in Madagascar. thank you for everything I had a great time

This hotel is probably in one of the most beautiful areas of the world. The lodges are very nice and clean. They are in the middle of nature, directly on the beach, so you might have to kill a spider at night. The hotel staff and the new owner, Karen, are very welcoming and are well connected on the island, so they can help plan some activities.

You arrive at Residence Monique on a tiny boat (there are no roads) and so from the very start it’s a magical experience. The location is fantastic - right on the beach which is beautiful and quiet. Most days we had the beach to ourselves. The people who work there are lovely and very helpful.
