Andreas met us downstairs and insisted on helping us carry our very heavy luggage into the apartment. Contacted us daily to enquire if we needed anything and if we were OK. Although Andreas was extremely professional, he was also "personal" with his kind personality. This apartment was right on the beach and 40m from a convenience store. The room was cozy, clean, with a nice view of the garden and the ocean. We were there from 3.9. until 11.9. and the weather was excellent, lots of sunshine and only a few short showers. All what you need for a perfect break within a central and picturesque location right on the beach. I really love the green, cleanliness and eco friendly aspect of this penthouse. I love the culture especially all Mauritian delicacies right down at your doorsteps and if you favour global cuisines all restaurants are within walking distances. A real gem! Even though it was a common balcony it was usually empty so we could sit there by ourselves. Close to the beach (but not beachfront), close to a mall, the Grand Bay shopping village and the Grand Bay market. Several restaurants near by. A short walk to the bus station. Free parking close to the accomodation. Beautiful view when we had our breakfast.
