Absolutely stunning property with a fantastic location on the beach. The staff were fantastic, notably Lisa and Fridaus, who went out of their way to speak and engage with us throughout our stay. My son was given a surprise fruit platter in the room the shape of a trophy with a soccer ball all carved from fruit one day after we got back from the pool (after he had been wearing his Argentina Football kit and kicking a ball throughout the resort). It was also delivered with a personal hand written card by Lisa. There was nothing that was too much trouble and the staff go out of their way to ensure the property looks great and people are tended to at all times.

The owner so helpful..really helpful! Feel welcome like a home. They gave me a lot of information and answering each of my questions without being bored. Really recommended to spend your quality time with your loving family here..The apartment it's self so spacious, clean and comfortable too. The bathroom also attached with a bathtub and my kids love it! For sure will repeat to stay here when we visit Desaru again! Overall I'm so satisfied and much enjoyed!

The place was clean and well-maintained, with great facilities! The pictures accurately reflect the actual space. I have to mention the host—very informative, super responsive, and even checked in to make sure everything was okay during my stay. The location is a bit more secluded, so it’s better to arrange your own transport, as it can be difficult to get a Grab. Overall, I highly recommend this place!

Great location, right on the beach. Most of the staff we met are quite lovely. The front office was too busy shoving down all the rules. It was so much that we were wondering if it was worth the almost $400 room. Take cash with you or an international debit/credit card if you are a tourist because they take a damage deposit of 200MYR as of October 2024. You have to pick a room on the 7th floor to get a sea view. Every other floor is blocked with trees. The breakfast buffet was good. There was a love tea cart, which was the best thing.

Beautiful pool area. Japanese restaurant was great. Lovely setting right on the beach. Breakfast had a lot of good options. Room was comfortable and we enjoyed the bath on the balcony
