• We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade. • Our room had a welcome gift of fruits and wine, which was a lovely touch. • All the staff were incredibly polite and helpful. • The hotel grounds are stunning, with beautiful landscapes and well-maintained facilities. • Complimentary bicycles were available for exploring the area. • The beach was practically deserted – a true paradise. • There are three thermal pools – two with hot springs and one with cold water – perfect for complete relaxation. • An additional regular pool with a small slide for kids was a great option for families. • We enjoyed a relaxing massage at the hotel spa. • The hotel also organized an elephant ride excursion, which was a unique experience. • The breakfast buffet was varied and diverse, with plenty of options to choose from.

Everything from room, service, environment, food I love it that the room is private yet you feel open, pool villa was surrounded by many trees, you can see squirrel, birdy and even frogs inside the room. The beach itself, although most if the time with rough wave, but yet it is fun to play with Food is good too! Only thing is I requested for anniversary decoration but they didnt do, but its fine. The staff there are all friendly enough to make this up. They dont have much units and it is attached to a private beach, so you can enjoy the sea and beach peacefully. Be sure to catch the pink sunset too!

Wonderful sleepy hotel, located by a lazy river and buffalo in the fields next door. Staff are excellent and super friendly. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are gorgeous. Solid wood floor to ceiling. Great for honeymooners.

Spectacular views, great staff and service. Natai is isolated. But it is a special location. We stayed at the beach house. Beautiful views and easy access to the beach. The restaurant serves great food. The pool is fantastic.

Loved our stay here due to the peace and quiet of the area. Hotel was peaceful. Enjoyable breakfast selection from their menu, nice drinks by the pool with views of the beach. Room with its pool and spa bath was spacious eithe everything you’d need. Service was attentive and friendly, be sure to try the romantic dinner on the beach for a memorable experience. We also had a soothing spa treatment for two hours with massage and facial and booked the half day private tour to James Bond Island and the surrounding areas.

The property is absolutely beautiful on the beach, but the best thing about it by far is the massive pool. No matter how many people were in there you could swim around. The swim up bar was also a big crowd pleaser!

I had my wedding at the villa nearby, and most of our guests stayed there. They all loved it. Great location, service, beautiful beachfront. Recommended to put your guests here if you are getting married nearby!!

We loved the facilities - pool area was lovely and clean and so was the beach (be surprised how some of the places didn't keep their private beach clean and tidy but Natai Beach Resort kept it great). We had a go at everything - the kayaking, paddle boarding, table tennis (all of which was included). There was probably a gym but we didn't go looking for that.

The hotel has a perfect location for a peaceful and quiet holiday. The rooms are clean and well-maintained. The pools are big. It was great to watch the sunset by the sea and walk on the beach. Located on the best beach in Thailand with the sea on one side and a fantastic swimming pool on the other. Breakfast covered all our needs and were excellent. Very pleasant and attentive staff. Best place in Thailand we have been to for a quiet and relaxing holiday. If you are looking for nightlife & entertainment don’t go If you are looking for real Thailand then this is highly recommended
