This is the best hotel we stayed in Thailand ever. It is beautiful and very well arranged with the nature. The hospitality experience is great. During the check-in we were informed we were receiving an upgrade and to be honest it saved us, considering the number of stairs... The stairs may be inconvenient in the beginning but then you get used to it. However it is not a good place for people with limited mobility. The cottages are cute and well arranged. The bed is very comfortable. The rooms are just pretty. There is a private, beautiful beach, well equiped. Many sunbeds available for guests, near to the swimming pool or/and the beach. The water is like a soup, very warm it was very relaxing to stay in the hotel and enjoy the nature. When you go there, you have to be prepared to eat in the hotel, it is not so close to the restaurants. However, the food is very tasty. The quality in the restaurant vs room service is the same, we were very happy with the food every time. The portions are decent. maybe it could be a bit more choices for a room service, because we ordered it a lot, as we had a small baby and were not that mobile. The staff was very helpful and they support the guests, they always help on the beach and also when we had to arrange a doctor it was smooth and quick. I am very surprised with this place in a good way, the best holiday for a long period of time. We feel like we will come back there next year or in two years. The only thing, people complaint about is breakfast and yes, there are not so many choices comparing to other hotels, however there is available breakfast alla carte too and you could order things are not freely available. Everything was tasty overall. The place is not the newest and the most modern place, however you cannot notice that, because it is very well maintained.

I would like to thank you for the wonderful experience at your place. The apartment was spacious and clean, and the air conditioners were of the highest quality, contrary to some of the reviews. The facilities were enjoyable and well-maintained, as I visited the pool and the gym, and everything was at a high level. I believe it's important for guests to understand the policy of the place, and I noticed that the room cleaning service takes place after two days of stay, which is something everyone should be aware of. we liked everything! clean, close to the sea, market 24/7, fruit market, everything was so close and good. very clean rooms, big balcony, good bar with good price and veeery polite staff that reacted to all requests asap :) even organising transfer at night for the morning wasn’t a problem. restaurant is also amazing , we liked our lunches there. swimming pool is medium size but very clean with fresh cooling water.

ocean view is awesome and it is really pieds dans l'eau! just some steps and you're on the beach. Surin beach seems tp be the most comfortable and the cleanest one in Thailand though it is not very clean indeed

Great location: The resort is located in a very tranquil location and has a private beach. We have enjoyed both golden and rainy day sunsets. Staff: The staff is accommodating & responsive - booking tours via the concierge and dinner at the beach restaurant were delightful.

The location was perfect! Right on the beachfront. The staff members were super friendly and the room was beautiful. Janet at reception was especially kind and helpful! The bathroom even had an epic view. We appreciated the free bottles of water and coffee and creamer every day. Also liked the smart tv being able to connect to netflix and youtube. It was a memorable stay and I would love to go back!

great in terms of location as it was right on the beach but to get to the restaurants you couldn’t walk down the main road as there’s no pavement so you had to walk across the beach to go into town. it was clean and the staff were helpful. nice rooftop pool but the bar wasn’t open whilst we were there. there is a lovely little walk outside the hotel along the coastline to get to another secluded beach which was lush. surin beach is also lovely.

Superb location. Maybe the only hotel in the area right on the beachfront. All rooms with sea view. Room size ok. Breakfast adequate.
