Well in Europe when you see 2 stars hotel you don't have high expectations. But in this case we felt here better than in the 5 stars hotel we were staying in Las Vegas. I am not an often traveler to US and have chosen very carefully the location and it was top. Next to the ocean, were I could jog in the morning and walk in the evenings, safe and with one of the best restaurants in the San Diego area. The room was like new and very comfortable, equipped with everything we needed including complimentary expresso in our room. The service was outstanding and every morning we used the expresso machine at the reception - again free of charge and there were good options for a lights breakfast, for a very reasonable price. Staff was very polite and helpful. Yes there is a train passing nearby, but it was not noisy at nights. Free parking at the property was very comfortable also.

Spectacular views! Excellent breakfast and cold pressed juices. Great drinks at the pool and friendly staff. Loved the free eBikes and instructions provided to use along with suggested scenic routes.

The Hilton Garden Inn Carlsbad Beach hotel in Carlsbad, CA is directly across from the beach on Pacific Coast Hwy. and about 25 miles north of San Diego.

Location was great, room was spacious. Breakfast was nice.

What a wonderful and beautiful location! The house had the amenities we needed. The beds were comfortable. The outdoor shower was a treat. The beach access was great for the kiddos!

Including a pool and private beach access, this California beach accommodation is 10 minutes’ walk to shopping at Del Mar Plaza. A gas fireplace and full kitchen is provided in all rooms.
