Our honeymoon at The Milo was absolutely perfect! We were surprised in our room with complimentary sparkling wine, chocolates, and a beautiful decoration of towel swans and rose petals. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made our stay truly unforgettable. The staff's service is FANTASTIC, exceeding all expectations with their kindness and attention. Impeccable cleanliness, comfort, and location. The best choice in Santa Barbara! We wholeheartedly recommend it.

As hoteliers/restaurateurs, we have a different and sometimes stricter perspective than others. I can only congratulate the hotelier here. We had room 320 and were completely satisfied. What a great room and the service was always unobtrusively nice and courteous. We have traveled halfway around the world but rarely have we stayed in such a great hotel. Congratulations! This motel is located on Santa Barbara's waterfront, only one block from Stearns Wharf. The inn offers a danish and coffee each morning and views of the ocean and surrounding mountains.

The location, the view, the place. There is a terrace at the motel, overlooking the sea. You can share all the facilities of the managing hotel, there is a pool in the courtyard and also a hot tub. Good breakfast, durable coffee, in the evening a happy hour with wine and cheese. In another house are washer and dryer for only 2$ to use (you have to have quarters with you though!), detergent is free. Our room had a third bed in addition to the two queen beds we booked, which was perfect for us. The furnishings were not catalog standard but very tasteful. We felt very comfortable.

Lovely clean hotel in a good location. Easy to get off the motorway (and get back on it again after check out). Breakfast was lovely, I would definitely stay here again.

The Palmoro House is a satellite building located 1.5 blocks from the main lobby of the Mar Monte Hotel.
