The experience is so amazing! Perfect location of a retreat with stunning views, especially love the outdoor tub perfect to watch a sunset from there overlooking the ocean as well with kangaroos around.. The cabin feels so private, the fireplace and the skylight are a nice touch. The sauna was amazing with window facing the bushes, you could see kangaroos hopping around.

We had a great time at Brett's, nice cabin with everything inside (kitchen, living room with a projector and a sound system, bedroom). Really a place to rest after day of hiking and sightseeing. 5 mins by car from town and supermarket, very quiet and surrounded by nature (saw birds, vallabies just nearby). Stargazing is incredible! One of the best places we've ever stayed at. Brett is always available if anything needed.

Inna Nutshell si trova a Kingscote e prevede alloggi con aria condizionata e l’accesso a un giardino con barbecue. Fantastic location, right in the heart of town; minutes from restaurants and the wonderful salt water pool (great for an early morning dip). Inna Nutshell is extremely well equipped, but as the host says lacks views, but who cares when the accommodation is so lovely and comfortable - bedrooms, kitchen, TV, coffee machine etc etc. Really clean too. Would recommend without doubt.

Emu Bay Holiday Homes si trova a Emu Bay, nella regione Kangaroo Island, a 600 metri da Spiaggia di Emu Bay. Great location. Internet access was slightly unreliable, which is understandable given the remote setting. The facility was good, with enough space for 4 people.

Sea Dragon Kangaroo Island is a boutique, adults-only (12+ years) luxury retreat. The 250-acre coastal estate offers stunning ocean views, wildlife and a pristine, secluded beach. We loved everything about the property . The staff, the food, the activities, the views absolutely everything Jane the general manager was very accommodating to us as we had a change in our circumstances. Highly recommended this place .

Birubi Holiday Homes Kangaroo Island si trova a Emu Bay, nella regione Kangaroo Island, a 200 metri da Spiaggia di Emu Bay. Sue was communicative about the location and the directions to get the key for the house. The house has an incredible view of the bay. It’s located in a nice neighborhood with tons of wildlife. We saw at least five koalas swaying in the trees nearby. And one night we saw a ton of kangaroos. Echidnas and gorgeous birds can be seen too. The property has a nice and easy bbq to use. And we were able to do a load of laundry and air dried our clothes. I even took a picture of the clothes drying on the line with the bay in the background because it was such a beautiful setting. There’s a dryer too in case line drying isn’t realistic. The kitchen is huge and has all the pots and pans and lots of supplies. We had a great time!

Its what you expect from a real Australian beach experience and the closest we got to kangaroos & koalas in our 6 weeks in Australia. You arrive to your perfect little beach comber, with a terrace & BBQ in front, a free view to the sea and sheep & kangaroos grazing before the house. The white sandy beach is only 5 minutes walk across the property. Inside you find all comforts, that a friend would leave you in their holiday home (wine, sauces, S&P, bathrobes, …) with a hotel level cleanliness. .

We stayed for two nights at the Owl House on the Corner and found it to be a true little gem. Thank you for opening your home to guests — it truly feels like a home away from home. Our son especially loved the space and facilities. It was a wonderful place to return to and relax after a full day of sightseeing. The accommodation was cosy, clean, and welcoming, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay.
