The hotel has a children's playground and terrace, and guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant or a drink at the bar. Everything - this is not the first time we visit this hotel, been there in the winter and I can definitely say any time is good to go there. It is clean, also if you are with small kids it has different places (garden, kids' pool, playground) but it doesn't feel too crowded (meaning even without kids, you will not be disturbed and you can have a good rest).

The village is stuck in the past and will remain that way, I guess. Perhaps our expectations were a tad too high, so some of the criticism might be on us.

A very cozy apartment in a holiday complex, not far from the main road but very quiet, with swimming pool and parking behind a fence. It has a bedroom and a living room with doors to a terrace and from there you are in a few seconds in the pool. The place is well equipped, with a washing machine and a dryer, and the bed was really comfortable. Despite the summer heat, the apartment stays relatively cool, as it has direct sun only in the early morning, so we didn't need to turn the AC on. Razlog and Bansko are really close if you want to go shopping or sightseeing, and you can drive up the mountain a bit to get to the hiking paths. The interaction with the host went really smooth and uncomplicated, and the guard was really friendly.
