The flat was beautifully decorated, offering all and beyond one would need for a holiday stay. It was clean and cosy, with great access to a private beach and a short walk to the emblematic sightseeings in Balchik and the central beach. The host was incredibly warm and helpful, staying in touch throughout our whole stay! Very kind and highly responsive. He helped us out with transport and provided extra goods on the way. We stayed here on our honeymoon and the staff were EXCEPTIONAL. The lovely woman at the front desk organised for our room to be decorated beautifully. Another young man at the front desk helped us with all of our questions. All of the staff were amazing. Of all the hotels we stayed at, the staff here were the ones who made our trip the most special. We extended our trip to stay here another night. The food was varied and AMAZING! Communication was fantastic, everyone spoke at least English and many staff also spoke other languages. Would stay again.
