Loved everything about our stay here, it was pure perfection. If it’s available, do not pass up the opportunity to experience it. The lodge is beautiful and so well designed and presented, with lovely homely touches, clean spacious shower room, comfortable bed and bedroom with cracking aircon, great outdoor seating area, in all just cannot fault it. Communication with Hadas/Dusty was spot on, Hadas also arranged for us to do bird watching and cooking onsite with Flora, both of which were great experiences. On arrival we were met by Willy and Stinky who are both adorable and so friendly, they spent a lot of time with us when we were there! Willy was also a great swimming buddy in the river. Facilities in the lodge were second to none and also catered for our unstated needs! Fully stocked kitchen and a bonus of running bottled water. Having the river there to both cool down in and sunbathe by was a bonus and well used with the humidity at the time we stayed. The location was perfect for us, far enough from town to be remote and only a few mins drive into civilisation. Albert, the main man on site in the day, was lovely and friendly and we had some good conversation with him. The security here is also good, with an electric entrance gate and non intrusive cameras, but Willy and Stinky were the best security, making sure you knew about any movement even remotely near the property! They also slept outside our room on a night, ready and waiting for a breakfast treat in the morning! So cute. If you’re not a dog lover though, they won’t bother you, so please don’t be put off by them being there.

Sweet Songs Jungle Lodge ligt in San Ignacio met uitzicht op de tuin en heeft een restaurant, een gedeelde lounge, bar, tuin, buitenzwembad dat het hele jaar door open is en terras. Stunning place to stay, with good food and poolside cocktails and lots of activities around. Staff were friendly and helpful. We did a kayak tour into San Ignacio which was super chill and the guide was very informative. Got to see monkeys and toucans!

D's Inn heeft een privéstrand, een gedeelde lounge, een terras en een restaurant in San Ignacio. Awesome spot, close to everything. AC is huge, hot water. Belize is expensive but this was worth it.

Barton Creek Unique Resort heeft een tuin, een privéstrand, een bar en watersportfaciliteiten in Sayab Camp. Naast een geldautomaat heeft deze accommodatie ook een waterpark.
