We were greeted with wine crackers and cheese on a lovely veranda overlooking the lake. Our hosts were so friendly and helpful. Fabulous breakfast.

All rooms in The Oceanfront Inn on Stephens Bay are equipped with a flat-screen TV and a hairdryer. We have had an amazing time at the Inn. The location is stunning and the views of the bay from the room were amazing. As other reviews mentioned too, for us this was the best hotel breakfast we have ever had somewhere. Fresh crab and prawns, caught by Meshell and Stephen in the bay. And to top that off, we even saw a bear walking along the shore on the other side of the bay while having breakfast. The hosts were always available for recommendations and were very hospitable. It's very worth it to take out the kayaks on to the bay, we had sea otters and seals swim up to the kayak and play around. Some of the most memorable experiences we have had during our trip to Canada were had during our stay at the Inn, we'd love to come back someday!

We arrived very early on a Sunday morning and they had our room ready by 10am which we greatly appreciated. We are back in Vancouver in a few weeks and will definitely stay again.
