The flat had everything needed to cook and live there, though I didn’t take advantage of that bit. It had wonderful views, comfortable beds and furniture and a bathroom for each room. The staff were great and it felt very safe. The rooftop pool was also excellent, though not heated, it felt amazing on a hot day!

It is situated 10 km from Viña del Mar Bus Terminal and features private check-in and check-out. The accommodation offers a lift, a shared kitchen and organising tours for guests. I loved everything about Casa Esmeralda! The hotel is modern and new, the room is comfortable, clean and has everything I needed (including a fridge and kitchenware). The shower is perfect too (hot water, great water pressure). The location is great, a short walking distance to all the main sites of Valparaiso, and the staff are super helpful and friendly. There is even a laundry room for the use of the hotel’s guests. Warmly recommended!
