First, the location is unbeatable in Maspalomas: right on the beachfront with direct access to the dunes. The staff, from the reception (especially Sara) to the restaurant team and everyone working throughout the hotel, are exceptional. They’re incredibly welcoming and truly make you feel at home. I booked a half-board stay, and both breakfast and dinner were amazing. The food quality was excellent, with a huge variety of options. The view from my room was outstanding. Honestly, you barely need to leave the hotel because everything you could want is right there. This hotel pays attention to every little detail. I highly recommend it and will definitely come back again because they truly deserve every cent they charge — and by the way, the price is very reasonable for the quality of service provided. Well done, and keep up the great work!

Those with apartments on the west side face directly into the apartments of those on the east side. But aside from this, everything works perfectly. Everything is clean. You park in the basement below your apartment and roll your suitcase to an elevator that takes you to the floor where your apartment is located. Everything is new, and everything works. A major bonus: there’s an adults-only pool, where children are not allowed. There’s also a bar here.

The location is excellent, and the pricing is fair for what’s offered. For guests who choose not to include lunch or dinner, there’s an ALDI conveniently located right across the road, and each unit has a well-equipped kitchen for self-catering. Daily cleaning is provided (except on Sundays), and the Wi-Fi is outstanding—over 100 Mbps throughout the entire property. The food is decent—nothing gourmet, but it’s tasty and fits well within a budget-friendly offering. While the beach is a bit of a walk, the pools more than make up for it. And if the sea is calling, free shuttle service is available. And this is close to be a kids paradise place.

Daniela made check in a positive experience. The welcome drink is a blessing with the dehydration of travel. I had help with luggage so I could have heating / cooling system explained. I used both the pool and the gym.
