The staff was so nice, they went the extra mile to make every guest feel welcome and taken care of, always smiling and very polite. The place itself is SO beautiful and quite new, rooms are big and comfortable. Plenty of activities to do if you feel like it, otherwise just chill by the beach. The views are a 20/10. Amazing

The accommodation offers entertainment staff and a concierge service. I can’t say enough about our experience at Waya Lalai. The staff are such wonderful people and we loved how they welcomed us into their community. There was plenty to do, the food was great, the beach is beautiful, our room was perfect. We were lucky enough to celebrate the new year and it was such a memorable experience. Our only regret is not staying longer.

Well done to Lo who manages the day to day operations. Staff were all very nice and helpful, rooms were comfortable,clean and well set up. They even have an on-site nurse available 24/7 which is reassuring.
