It is on the western coast of the island, so if there is a sunset, you would see it. On our days, it was rainy, but that simply brought a different kind of beauty. The beaches were mostly empty - we had them to ourselves. There are several ways to get to the beach below, and all are an easy, short walk. Yet, the hotel is elevated, so you have a lovely view of the coastline. The room was light and airy, and very clean. There is plenty of storage space, and a nice shower with plenty of pressure. The bed was very comfortable, and there were room darkening curtains. The hotel was full when we were there, but it was still quiet. Breakfast is not included, but we found it to be worth the price. There was a lot of variety in the pastries offered, along with cheese, meat, boiled eggs, cereal, and fruit. We would recommend this place, and would stay again.

Hôtel & Espace Bien-être La Maison du Lierre is located in Biarritz, 300 metres from the beach and 5 minutes from the convention centres Bellevue, Casino and Gare du Midi as well as 100 metres from... I liked everything. Charming old building, lovely room, location perfect and so friendly staff. I highly recommend this hotel to all.

Situated in the lively Saint Nicolas district in La Rochelle, this hotel is surrounded by antique dealers, bars and cafés. It offers free Wi-Fi and a conservatory with large sofas and tropical plants.... Beautiful hotel. Incredible location - quiet area but only about 2 minutes walk to the bustle of the city centre

The location is excellent: 800 meters from the railway & bus station, the first line on the ocean. Also, there are a few bike-sharing stations nearby. The views are incredible from each direction, and it would be the ocean or castles. The photo of the view from my window is attached :) The staff is great and very friendly. They speak English well, so it was exciting to talk with them. Sometimes, when I had special requests, they helped me kindly & quickly. I want to say thanks to all of you one more time for the warm & lovely atmosphere ! There is good WiFi here, so when I needed to work one day, it was easy and comfortable. Breakfasts were tasty and large.

This hostel is a clean and comfortable place close to the beach and shops. The hosts, Romane and Baptiste, make you feel welcome and create a friendly atmosphere that helps you connect with others. During the day, you can surf, play beach volleyball, chill, and hang out with their friendly dog. When you need to recharge, massages are available. It’s more than just a place to sleep, it’s a place where good memories are made. I’m already excited to come back!

Fantastic location in the centre of Saint Jean de Luz, close to the bus and train station so very easy to visit the surrounding areas (San Sebastian, Guéthary, Biarritz,...). Close to the beach, the shops, very clean, staff extremely helpful. They even had a shower that we were able to use after checkout and after going to the beach !
