Friendly staff, good location for a couples quiet getaway weekend, great views. Our room had an amazing sea view, all the rooms were accommodated in typical cozy white houses. A big shout out to Danai, guest relations manager, who made sure that we had a good time and went above and beyond what was necessary to make us feel welcome! :)

The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood at the city's outskirts; not too far, not too close from the center (but much preferable for those that have visited Heraclion again). I really appreciated this site, despite my initial feeling that I would be kind of isolated. On top of this the rooms are truly apartments! More than spacious and clean, with a fully equipped kitchenette & private balcony with city view. The breakfast is served at a cosy coffee shop next to the reception - it is not a buffet but it is really nice and filling. The whole building smells wonderfully and there is daily cleaning service. My biggest rate and thanks would go to the stuff ♥ they are so friendly and always willing to offer tips, ideas and any kind of assistance.
