Its super clean, we had a room with ocean view. It has been lovely. We highly recommend this place. we want to come back. perfect location, great size of the room, not loud at all, very peaceful, depends for sure also on the guests next to your room. 10 possible stars, if we could give more we would.

Location is fantastic, literally a one minute walk to the beach. Also a very short distance into the centre of kos town. Quiet in the evenings, supermarket and pharmacy close by. Plenty of towels were given, along with a fully equipped kitchen - meaning you could cook from home if you wanted. Washing machine with detergent and instructions in English were also included. Nice balcony with a clothesline to dry towels etc. First aid kit included in the bathroom, which had been checked by the hosts beforehand. Hosts were absolutely lovely, checked in on us throughout our stay to make sure that we had everything we needed. They were also more than happy to answer questions about the local area and taxis and also let us store our luggage in the facility before our flight. Would definitely recommend!!
