The hospitality of the owners was overwhelming. They take great pride in delivering a bucolic beach experience for visitors and could not be more helpful with luggage and taxis--sometimes even driving themselves when we needed a connection. I would definitely stay again and enjoy the hospitality of this kind, attentive family.

We felt very welcome by the host and his family. They shared their fresh garden produce and home made treats.We had wonderful conversations. Immerso in un giardino di buganvillee a Patmos, a 50 metri dalla spiaggia di Skala, questo hotel offre sistemazioni con balcone affacciato sul Mar Egeo o sulle montagne, una colazione giornaliera a... La posizione centralissima, attaccata sia al porto che al centro del paese. Sicuramente la piscina e il verde attorno alla struttura creano un certo effetto, mentre la struttura in sé forse è più semplice negli arredi e nelle finiture, ma sicuramente è un’ottima struttura, pulita e accogliente, camere spaziose, tutte con balcone panoramico perché comunque Patmos da ovunque la si guardi è incantevole, personale gentilissimo, una bella soluzione che permette di vivere di giorno le spiagge e di sera il piccolo, ma vivace centro di Skala pieno di ristoranti e negozietti.

I want to especially thank Eva, the manager of the property, for always going the extra mile during our trip to make sure we are having a great experience.

Questo lussuoso hotel a 5 stelle sorge a pochi passi dalla spiaggia di Grikos, a Patmos. Everything was sublime. The facilities are clean, serene, and picturesque, blending with nature and highlighting the Greek island style. The breakfast is abundant and tasty. The spa is available to all guests (sauna & steam bath), and there is also a range of paid therapies (Alexandra & Spiros performed one of the best massage therapies we ever had). Nice beachfront with very comfy sun beds and a chilling lounge area above it, available until late. All the staff were very polite and helpful. Finally, all these would not be possible without Manolis, the hotel manager, who guided us through the hotel amenities and compensated us with extra pampering.

We loved our stay at Panorama Serenity Suites. Perfect location, breathtaking views and very comfortable rooms. The team was so kind and welcoming! Can’t wait to visit again next year.

Con vista sulla montagna, Demati house prevede un alloggio dotato di giardino e patio, a circa 1 km da Spiaggia di Kambos. Demati House was a wonderful surprise! Very comfortable (mattress and pillows included) and spacious, decorated in the local style, yet very modern in services and amenities (A/C, fans, laundry room, kitchen, etc), with 5* housekeeping & fresh towels every day. The veranda and the garden are also a wonderful place to spend the days and nights when not at the beach or dining out. Last but not least, i love the location, very close to the best beaches of the island, 10 minutes by car from the port and 15 minutes from Chora, avoiding all the crowds, yet staying close enough if you wish to join. And you can park your car just outside the house.
