The beds are comfortable and the included breakfast is delicious. You’d struggle to find something better value. Julio also helped us with a shuttle onwards to El Salvador, and offered the cheapest price I could find. Huge thanks to Julio and the family!

The view at this property is genuinely unparalleled with floor to ceiling windows looking out over the volcanoes. The balcony is framed in stunning honeysuckle and tropical flowers that bring hummingbirds right next to you and this is the closest thing to being in nature while still benefitting from the creature comforts of an indoor stay. We didn’t want to move from the chaise beds in front of the window- particularly because the hosts considered and provided so many thoughtful details to enhance the experience (like delicious fluffy bathrobes to enjoy as we drank our morning coffee looking out over Lake Atitlán). We appreciated the yoga mats and the open floor plan that allowed us to do some Barre3 in front of the view with the doors open to bring in the breeze. Even the lighting was extraordinarily thoughtful- with multicolored LEDs enhancing the foliage at night and sound activated lighting that really created some awesome ambiance. And, the host was truly wonderful too, allowing us a later check out so we could properly pack up before our afternoon tour plans in San Juan La Laguna. This was a tremendous value and such an awesome place- we were sad to leave and would stay there again in a hot second when we get to return to San Marcos.

The private bathrooms are equipped with a shower and toilet. I can confidently say this is one of the top 3 places I've ever stayed in my life! The location, the staff, the food, the scenery—and the hot tub—were all incredible. It was a truly rejuvenating experience. This place has super nice energy, And gosh,, the dinner was the best!!! Also, the manager sisi was very kind and welcoming us also gave us information on time. I would love to go back very soon

Wifi was super strong, there was hot water and a fan for ventilation as our room didn't have a window that opened so it did get hot. The kitchen had everything you needed in it too. Located in the middle of the small Santa Cruz town.

The apartment consists of 1 bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom. We absolutely loved this place! You often feel a little uncertain when something is new on booking.com as there isn't many reviews yet, but this place exceeded expectations!  We arrived quite early but Esteban came and collected us from the dock and let us check in early.
