Lovely bedroom and living room--both of which opened out onto a lovely balcony overlooking the sea + full kitchen + great bathroom with super shower + a large patio off the kitchen--also with a magnificent sea view! Our host, Ivana, arrived quickly to let us in and show us around. When we asked if we could use the washing machine, she immediately provided us with laundry soap and showed us how it worked. The patio had a clothesline, complete with clothes pins--what a joy after 3 weeks of travel! As a bonus, the local bar was only a few steps down the street. We loved having a beer there--the people were so friendly and welcomed us to join them.

Short walk down hill to centre of town, so uphill return. Senj is a beautiful stop, less tourist, and has plenty of nice restaurants. The beds were ok, a little firm for us. A nice topper would fix that 😀
