Its location is idyllic in this little town on Lake Como that is well served by train and water ferry (between Bellagio and Lecco). But why leave Mandello del Lario? It has exceeded my expectations. I only hope to be back!

Featuring a shared lounge and views of garden, FORESTERIA GUESTHOUSE CA' DEI BACHITT is a recently renovated guest house set in Lierna, 42 km from Circolo Golf Villa d'Este. The property features inner courtyard views and is 46 km from Como Borghi Train Station and 46 km from Basilica of San Fedele. The guest house offers rooms with air conditioning, private parking available on site and an electric vehicle charging station. I could not recommend this place enough to stay if you are coming to Lake Como. Ideally located, you can walk 5 minutes to the train station and easily get a train two stops to Varenna and then travel around from there. The owners are both very friendly and helpful - they allowed us to check in early when we arrived. Our train back to Lecco was cancelled when we were leaving and the owners drove us to Lecco with no charge! The Rooms are extremely clean and spacious. The room design is modern and very comfortable, and they are cleaned each day. It is genuinely fantastic for the price you pay. We ate in the hotels restaurant on our last night and the food was delicious and very reasonably priced.

This beachfront property offers access to free WiFi and free private parking. The apartment also offers facilities for disabled guests. Everything. The Apt is so tastefully decorated and has everything you need to thoroughly enjoy your stay. Marco could not have been more accommodating. Supplied a nice variety of breakfast items along with some wonderful surprise items (bottle of bubbly was so unexpected and appreciated) gave extremely good directions and assistance. You will not be disappointed - even has a washing machine with detergent. Absolutely SUPERBERB!!!!!

The entire stay at R&B al Lago was amazing, from checking in early, the hotel, breakfast, and Roberto's kind nature. We loved it! Bonus points for having ample, on site, parking! Roberto also made us reservations for dinner at one of his favorite places.
