A fantastic location close to Montalcino and it's wonderful wine estates, a short drive to Pienza (a must see) and Montepulciano too. Comfortable rooms, free parking and decent enough pool. A good option at this price point in the area. Definitely recommend a bottle of their Brunello di Montalcino whilst watching the sunset over the vines.

very nice breakfast buffet, perfect location to explore the city, the rooms are a bit old but all works and bed was comofortable, very nice and helpful employees

Great host, very friendly and excellent service. Beautiful villa, amazing view from breakfast area (breakfast was great as well). Perfect location (close to Montepulciano, Pienza and other cities). Room was spacious, large bathroom/bedroom. highly recommended ! I would definitely return.

THE PERFECT LOCATION WHEN YOU ARE LOOKING FOR PEACE, QUIET AND NATURE. IT IS ALSO NEAR TO OTHER SMALL PLACES THAT ONE CAN VISIT.

Perfect location, walkable to Pienza and very peaceful. Room was a good size, very clean and bed and sofa comfortable. Very good air conditioning. Clean linen provided. Natural swimming pool, nice for a quick dip after a hot day walking but didn't like spending too much time in it. Ample sunbeds and clean and in good condition. Fresh bottled water provided every day. Useful working fridge.

Location is fantastic with outstanding views. It is really convinent to get to montepulciano as well. Staff are excellent, the sunset from the tennis court side and the sunrise from the front terrace are amazing. Rooms are large and the bathrooms are really nice. Pool and pool bar are excellent.

We stayed one night at the hotel and everything was very good. Very clean, staff very friendly and we had an amazing room with a view over the Val d’Orcia. We had dinner at the terrace as well and the food was very good with an amazing sunset. Breakfast very good as well. We recommend it.

Amazing view with sunset from the room( i was on the top floor). Perfect location in old town, near the bus station. Good restaurants next door. Basic but good brekkie. Clean, comfortabel, safe for solo traveller - Everything was just perfect! Thank you!
