The closest supermarket is on the other side of Amanohashidate, so we took the ferry to do our grocery shopping (what a unique experience, haha). Accommodation is new and clean, has everything we needed for a few days' stay, kitchen, huge bathroom, separate toilet and washing machine with dryer function.

We were a family of 4 adults + a toddler travelling by car. The house itself is a beautifully created synthesis of Japanese and Western styles. It is exceptionally clean and comfortable with excellent amenities an onsite parking. The location was perfect with convenience stores and restaurants nearby, and a concrete pathway along the seashore for lovely morning and afternoon walks. The owner/manager of the property was very kind and thoughtful, meeting at us on arrival, checking that we had everything we needed via message after our first night, and then leaving us to enjoy the peace and serenity of this home away from home. We stayed here midway through our journey throughout Japan. At the end of our journey, we unanimously voted this as our favourite place to stay.

The breakfast was both delicious and healthy. One of the highlights of my stay was the yoga and prayer sessions, which were both rejuvenating and spiritually uplifting. The onsen options were fantastic, providing the perfect way to unwind and relax. The attention to detail in every aspect of the guesthouse was impressive, making me feel right at home. The hosts were warm and engaging, offering wonderful conversations that added to the overall charm of the place. ❤️ I wholeheartedly recommend this guesthouse to anyone looking for a serene and enriching stay.
