It's situated in a nice neighborhood where you can roam even late at night without any thoughts. Getting bored of regular hotels and wanting to have a home away home for your vacation or wanting to spend some time in negombo you can definitely choose kingz kottage. Their rooms, locality, pool and food are super amazing. I would definitely go here when I visit again. Only some places you feel like wanting to visit again because of the people there and this is one of those places.

This recently renovated apartment is located 38 km from R Premadasa Stadium and 39 km from Khan Clock Tower. The apartment also offers free WiFi, free private parking and facilities for disabled guests. Camilas was amazing from the start. He messaged me a couple of days beforehand to ask what time I would be arriving and we arranged to meet. at the property. I was welcomed with a drink, fresh fruit and cake. The studio was amazing value for money. Great views, extremely clean with a huge comfortable bed, balcony overlooking the beach with great views, kitchenette and great shower/bathroom. There was a welcome bowl of fresh fruit, plenty of towels, toiletries and free wifi. Camilas gave me restaurant recommendations, places of interest to visit and loaned me a bicylcle to get around. I couldn't recommend him highly enough. Negombo was pretty quiet from a tourist perspective, but plenty of great food options including both local and international cuisine.

I would definitely recommend it to anyone either leaving Sri Lanka or just arriving. It’s a perfect transit point because the accommodation meets European standards – not only in terms of equipment, but also cleanliness, which is on a higher level than what is usually found in Sri Lanka. You won’t miss anything here – and at the same time, you can enjoy the authentic Sri Lankan atmosphere all around (nature, local life, traffic, and friendly people). The place is very clean, the garden and pool are always well-maintained, and everything works (air conditioning, TV, fans, fridge). It has a great location – close to the airport and just 5 minutes by Uber to the beach. The ride to the beach costs only 340 LKR (approximately 1 euro). The owners are truly kind people, and it's easy to communicate with them about anything. There are also two lovely, clean dogs and a cat on the property. The food here is excellent. For lunch and dinner, you can choose from about eight different meals, which change regularly. There is always a choice – from local Sri Lankan dishes (including fresh fish) to European-style meals, so everyone can find something they like. The owners buy fresh ingredients every day.
