We stayed 4 night in this villa and our stay was more than fantastic!!! The host Shameera is such a great and wonderful guy. The villa is located in a very green garden with a lot of space around the building. You can sit on the veranda and look for hours only in the garden and you will see real nature with different flowers, trees, animals etc. It was so relaxing!! :-) The breakfast is served by the host every morning on the veranda outside and it contains day by day different local specialties with a wonderful taste. Also his hints, what to to in the surroundings and possible activities are great and useful. Thank you once again for hosting us in your small escape from normal life, Shameera. The food and restaurant service were outstanding, with a host who made every meal feel special. The pool and beach staff were consistently attentive, friendly, and dedicated to making guests feel comfortable. I even experienced an unexpected injury during my stay, and the team immediately took charge: they personally took me to the doctor, accompanied me to the pharmacy, and ensured I felt safe and cared for. This level of service is rare — they truly treat you like royalty. Ayana doesn’t just meet expectations; it genuinely surpasses them. I recommend this hotel to absolutely everyone. It is magnificent, unforgettable, and simply perfect.

Such a nice friendly couple, genuinely helping us in any way possible 😊 The rooms were big and comfy. It's very close to the beach. Breakfast was big and with lots of varieties.

The owner is such an amazing guy, it was a unplanned stip at Seascape Villa, but after having a conversation with Lasitha, it seemed like i had this planned for along time. He is a perfect host with a great smile and with great service which he is always willing to go out of the way. A great guy and a perfect example of how great customer service goes a long way. He knows all the good spots for food and will even help you with shopping. The rooms has eveything you need and the beach is not more than 100 meters away. Aweome place for couples and solo travelers. I would recomend his place as a go to place to understand Sri Lankan Hospitality. I wish him all the very best.

We booked this on short notice 10 minutes before we arrived and were super happy that the owner is so flexible. The accommodation was super clean and really nice. It’s right at the beach and beside a great restaurant. Everything was clean and the host was really friendly. We felt comfortable and great to stay here. The garden was beautiful and we enjoyed our stay.
