This place is absolutely breathtaking! The house itself was perfectly set up with everything you could need and more. A coffee machine was a lovely bonus! It was comfortable, luxurious, private, peaceful and cosy. The bathroom and sauna/wet room area was amazing - we wished we had more time to enjoy them. One night was definitely not enough to fully appreciate all the joys available. A totally perfect stay.

Had a great time in Pilskalni with my friends. We came there with a focus on fishing and every single one of us managed to catch our personal best. Three of us large pikes and the forth super huge perch. Host Meinards also showed us around the neighboring properties by driving us and giving the tour himself. In Pilskalni you will also have a chance to see a lot of historic elements from the Soviet times.
