The staff, Ali and his brother (whom my wife affectionately calls 'Ali's big brother'), are incredibly kind, resourceful, and helpful, making us feel very welcome. The breakfast is excellent, with freshly baked, cooked, and prepared food. My wife ordered handmade clothes and requested them to be delivered to the hotel before our arrival, it was well received as we were in Marrakesh earlier, staying at a different hotel before heading to the Sahara. When we returned to Marrakesh, we stayed at this hotel. Ali was very helpful in finding us a taxi to the train station, and they accommodated us wonderfully.

It’s a beautiful and peaceful house in the Atlas Mountains. The rooms are cozy and clean, and the breakfast is really nice. Hamid booked a taxi to take us straight here from the Marrakech airport and gave helpful tips for things to do. I highly recommend staying here!

We had the most peaceful, serene stay at Asnouss. It was perfect to be away from the busy atmosphere of Marrakesh but was very easy to get transport when needed. We felt so looked after by the staff, who were all lovely and friendly. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

First off, the staff are some of the kindest, most welcoming people. Stay here just for them. The best mint tea we’ve had in Morocco, and though there was a language barrier we made it work. Some of the most heart felt connections I’ve ever made in an accommodation, and I will never forget this place. This is not a 5 star luxury resort, do manage your expectations.. but you’re staying here for the experience. Rabbia (I’m sure I’m spelling this wrong) is a woman that I will hold in my heart forever, and I will be back to Marrakech to see her again. On one night here she made us popcorn and sat with us on the roof top patio as we used Google translate to have conversations. The property is easily located right by the center of the old town, but still in a quiet enough area. Plenty of restaurants near by, little corner stores, and plenty of things to see.

Heated pool, amazing tent room with mountain views, friendly and helpful staff throughout, the dinner show was very good and the hotel/rooms were clean throughout.
