Very nice and idyllic place. We upgraded our room to harbor view and really enjoyed our little terrace. Nice coffee machine. Very clean and comfortable. Awesome staff.

Location is beautiful, in fact the whole island is stunning. The whole property is done to the highest specification and attention to detail, very clean, very comfortable and warm. The communal spirit is at the essence there, you meet travellers from all walks of life. The property owner, Oliver, is a well travelled, very knowledgeable and passionate man and to meet him was a great pleasure. We would definitely stay there again

Unstad Surfpacker Hostel bevindt zich in Unstad en biedt een gedeelde lounge. Deze accommodatie beschikt over een gedeelde keuken en een barbecue. The amazing welcome of the person working in the surfing shop with who I talk a lot and he even offer a coffee. The room and facilites were perfectly clean and comfortable. The location is just in a wonderful spot!

We had an absolutely unforgettable stay at this charming dome. From the moment we arrived, the warm and genuine hospitality of the owners—a kind and attentive couple—made us feel completely at home. Our room was tastefully decorated with luxurious details, and the breathtaking view added to the magic. One of the most enchanting features was the wood-burning stove, which filled the space with a cozy warmth and created an incredibly romantic atmosphere—perfect for a peaceful evening. The breakfast was generous and delicious, and both the separate kitchen and bathroom were spotless and fully equipped. We spent a magical night here and wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone visiting the Lofoten Islands. Especially during the Northern Lights season, this location offers one of the best chances to witness the aurora, thanks to the beautifully dark surroundings at night.. 10/10

The House of Aurora II heeft uitzicht op de bergen, en biedt accommodatie met een patio en een koffiezetapparaat, op 19 km van University of Tromsø. De prachtige ligging en vooral de super aardige eigenares die ons tipte wanneer de aurora kwam en samen met ons naar het Noorderlicht keek vanuit de tuin. Ze gaf ons ook veel tips. Een aanrader maar bedenk wel dat er geen bussen rijden op zondag

The House of Aurora I beschikt over een tuin, skiën tot aan de deur, een barbecue, en biedt accommodatie in Tromsø met gratis WiFi en uitzicht op de bergen. Beautiful place, situated close to the fjord and very nice aurora view points. Super cosy and comfy, very well equipped. And the owners are super friendly too ! Also beds were soooo comfy Also I saw a reindeer in the street !

We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The warm welcome, all the little thoughtful touches, and the spotless cleanliness – everything was just perfect! There was absolutely nothing missing. 11/10 stars! Being able to see the Aurora right from the kitchen window was magical. The bus connections are ideal, and despite the quiet location, it’s super central. This is hands down my favorite accommodation of 2024 (we traveled a lot!). You can really tell the host puts so much heart into it.
