When I walked in at around 12-13:00, staff accommodated me immediately and I got upgraded a room by being a member. I was able to check-in easily greeted by a welcome message on the tv when I came in my room, and the location is amazing!

All accommodation includes a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, an ensuite bathroom with bathrobes and luxury toiletries. Some rooms have a cooking and laundry facilities. Excellent location for shopping and dining. We had a basic twin room and a king suite. Both rooms were nice and clean. The king suite was quite big and we appreciated having the kitchen to use for our breakfasts (they provided coffee with a coffee press/kettle, tea and milk). It had a full sized dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer as well. They do provide parking, but valet only at $45/night. There are parking garages next to the hotel which likely may have had a better price. They also have a filtered water machine in the lobby, which I appreciated for refilling my water bottle.

The air-conditioned accommodation is 600 metres from Takapuna Beach, and guests can benefit from on-site private parking and complimentary WiFi. The property is non-smoking and is set 6.6 km from Auckland Harbour Bridge. It is just a short walk to the beach. The apartment was top-notch. Loved the bed. The kitchen was a reasonable size for the apartment. It's surprisingly quiet. Really nice place to stay.

For guests with children, the apartment offers an indoor play area. Windsurfing, fishing and canoeing are possible within the area, and family friendly 3BR flat - 3min walk to the beach - self contained offers water sports facilities. Friendly hosts, attention to detail with basic food left for us. The accomodation was extremely welcoming and comfortable for the family and off road parking plus being near to the beach and amenities was a bonus.
