Our room was SO clean — overall truly superb with lots of lovely amenities. We had a fabulous stay and would recommend this hotel to everyone!

That was great from the staff, they are very helpful! The rooms are nice, clean with great view of the city! Location is just perfect for everything! The breakfast was fantastic!

They are all friendly, kind and help with hospitality.. I loved the hotel and I will repeat the reservation in it.

Guests enjoy free WiFi. Eggs benedict was rich , flavourful, came promptly. The room was modern, clean , perfectly sized with large windows and even though this was facing the street where there was construction, you could not hear a thing The 24/7 laundry was incredibly useful and the hallways and lobby were clean and inviting

This is an absolutely fabulous hotel in an excellent central location - a few mins walk to the Britomart train station and the bus stop for the airport, as well as the ferry. The staff are also extremely polite and helpful. Actually stayed here 3 times during the trip to New Zealand it was that good! I mentioned that the mattress was a little soft, so we got a mattress that was more firm! The hotel even held our large luggage overnight when we did a 2-day trip!!! And to top it off, there is a heated swimming pool that's absolutely divine after a long journey!! Cannot recommend it enough - best accommodation during our holiday!!

The property is non-smoking and is set 6.6 km from Auckland Harbour Bridge. Very clean comfortable and we felt very relaxed The apartment has good transport links to Auckland and elsewhere. Netflix and Amazon Prime were a welcome luxury. I would stay there again.
