Attention to details, friendly people, for sure this is one of the highlights of Oman🤍🤍 such a happiness to stay here everytime. I will come back in few months. So we were unsure whether to book this or not because of the reviews here, but took the risk! The property was absolute AMAZING, the location was perfect, but the staff were unbelievable! I mentioned it’s one of our friends birthdays and he went out to FILL the villa with balloons, decorations, birthday cake, candy, and lots of other fun things for when we arrived! We all arrived at awkward timings but he made sure to meet us super early to check in. He arranged a chef to cook us a bbq, constantly made sure we were well looked after, the villa is amazing, clean, comfortable, awesome cinema room, the pool and jacuzzi were amazing, and there’s a steam room! Huge villa but still very homely feeling, 100% recommend and we will definitely be back soon! Again thank you so much to the staff for making sure we were well looked after and going above and beyond at every stage! You were awesome !

The hotel is an ideal stop over to the Turtle Beach at Ras-al-Hadd, Wadi Bani Khalid and Wahiba Sands, a major tourist attraction in Oman. Best Western Sur is also convenient for business with a multipurpose conference room. It is a very nice hotel, nice pool and pool side service. Very nice restaurant with great food, friendly service and reasonably priced. They served wine if you wanted.

The host, Mr. Abdullah, is very helpful and always available on site. He did everything to make the stay enjoyable. We were traveling over the Eid holidays and on this occasion were treated to a delicious home cooked dinner, provided by the owner Mr. Humaid.
