The rooms were cozy and we enjoyed complete silence at night. Great amenities - the mini bar was complementary and always full and we got a new watter bottle everyday. They also changed the towels and cleaned the rooms daily. The breakfest has all the essentials you need and they always ask if you want an omelette or fried eggs that are not on display. Also, the bar was a very nice surprise - order the Sangria, you will not be disappointed!

With a prime location in Lisbon's Old Town, Grape Harbor features elegant accommodation at just 500 metres from Rossio. The property has atraditional exterior, which was fully renovated, and is at just 300 metres from Commerce Square, which overlooks the Tagus River. Everything was perfect: location, apartment, full fridge, bottle of wine, breakfast! It was a rainy day and staff helped us with the parking I asked for more bread in the morning ( you are supposed to ask for it by 5 pm the day before, but I miscalculated), and they brought it in ten minutes

They gave us a free upgrade and a beautiful bottle of rose to welcome us! (: Staff were super helpful with boooking tours and trips around Lisbon too. Speak fluent English. responsive over email too.

Áurea Museum by Eurostars Hotel Company is a unique 5-star property situated on the banks of the Tagus River, in a historic building in Lisbon's iconic Alfama quarter. The hotel features a permanent archaeological exhibition, as well as modern facilities, like an indoor pool, restaurant, massage room and Turkish bath. We stayed here on Christmas Eve and it was a real holiday experience. The check-in procedure was very efficient and we also received a glass of sparkling wine right at the reception desk and a delicious panettone cake in the room. The room was trendy, very clean and comfortable, with a balcony and a view of the river. The location of the hotel is excellent as well. All the staff members were really friendly and kind, even those who just seemed to be passing by. The manager of the hotel Bruno was very attentive, too, and did not hesitate to make sure that everything was alright. However, the best surprise was the unexpected Christmas gift we received at the check-out, which was a lovely gesture and definitely convinced us to make a plan to return to the hotel in the future.

The common spaces are comfortable as for work so as for leisure and communication with other travellers! The rooms give you piece and ability to rest, the showers were nice (don’t forget not to stay there for long, water can become colder). Mamma’s dinner is must-visit event! Delicious meal and wonderful company! Pub crawling is also fun time!! Hostel is located near the metro station and an embankment, 5-10 minutes from all the pubs also!
