Such an exceptional property and staff. The property is more like a spar than just a hotel. The place is so relaxing and interesting architecturally but also with tasteful bits and pieces everywhere you look. Set in mature quiet grounds which were great for walking our dog and getting away from motorway 'mode' before travelling onwards. The manageress, 'Patricia' (I think her name is) is very professional and a great host. Breakfast is oooh so good - I honestly did not want to leave.

Very quiet place, owner has 2 super friendly dogs and cats which made our stay even better. Would have loved to spend more nights!
