Mandarava Spa was a really nice place to stay, the staff were very polite, informed and very well trained. The food at both the restaurants were excellent. The only improvement I think would make the guests happy is to increase the number of shuttles per day of put one even after 6 pm would be great.

The hotel also provides a well-equipped gym. Really nice hotel. Location is about a 10 minute walk from the beach and high street, but nice to be away from the noise and bustle. Everything was clean and well maintained. Staff are eager to help you enjoy your stay and explore the area, especially Joso who was supporting the pool bar and restaurant. Highly recommend

The hotel's restaurant serves a daily breakfast. Alternatively, there are many restaurants and bars at Nai Yang Beach, just 400 metres away. Very clean and near the airport. Staff are friendly and helpful. Price wise very good. Our stay was short and quick less than 12 hours but was good.

We loved everything, it was elegant, magical and top notched at all levels: our room was immaculate, the beds were super comfortable, food was exquisite, the pools amazing, the beach was great ( we received complimentary snorkeling equipment) the staff were always smiling and ready to help. The lady Phew at the concierge was brilliant and super professional taking care of the organisation of the «  Siam Niramit » exotic and perfect Thai show for us with attention to our transfer and reservation. I am very grateful for the superb service we received from her and all the lovely staff at the Merlin Marriott. I promise myself to come back to this paradise!
