It’s exceptional. Everything is so beautiful and perfect from A-Z. Nookies was delicious and the staff were so passionate and friendly and accommodating. The bar has excellent cocktails and wine and is so cosy to hang out. It’s such a lovely place to hang out.

It’s the perfect location to wind down after long flight. Beautiful location, great room, brilliant staff. But that doesn’t do it justice. To feel at home to just help yourself to a glass of wine in the afternoon, the attention of the staff, John cooking you the perfect breakfast (but eggs Benedict 😄)… it’s the total lack of pretence which makes it great. I stay in way to many hotels per year for work but this is the only one which stood out in the last year. Just Awesome

This hotel was rated 2-stars, but it was much better than that. Iwould rate it atleast 3-stars, if not4!

Located in Lake Placid, The Whiteface Lodge is 2.4 km from Lake Placid and is 2.2 km from Mirror Lake. La struttura è veramente piacevole con uno staf molto accogliente. Ci si rilassa solo a girarla. This Montauk hotel is located directly across from the beach and boasts an outdoor heated pool and rooms with a terrace. Montauk village is .5 miles away. Liz and her staff are beyond exceptional. Lovely Erica at reception. Voldy at the pool always had a smile- extra towels, sunscreen. Tennis court has pickleball lines too. In pristine condition. Easy sign up sheet. Change over/ room care teams are thorough and efficient. With crisp white cotton sheets. Pillows are soft. Ice machine working well. Grounds beautifully maintained. Lovely new logos and stickers - little touches do matter. Just look at how many guests are repeat customers - that says it all.
