She offered amazing customer service. She is such an asset to this hotel. She is totally sincere and dedicated. We even saw her working the valet! The room, which was an upgrade from what we originally booked, was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The pool was amazing! We got lucky with warm weather in October, so having the heated pool open and available was a great surprise plus during our stay. Loved this place!

The cost is just perfect. 6 colleagues stayed for 3 nights. we did a lot of cooking & enjoyed the stay. beds and linens were super clean and so was the bathroom. The apattment is in basement, but doesn't matter really. There is heater and AC included. 24 hours of hot water. What else can i ask for in a city like NY. Host was super responsive , that was the best part.

The space is surprisingly roomy for a studio, beautifully kept, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the hot water in the shower was perfectgreat pressure and always warm when I needed it. The apartment also has both heat and AC, which made it easy to stay comfortable no matter the weather. Overall, it’s a cozy, quiet, and inviting spot that feels like a true home away from home. I would absolutely stay here again!
