Exactly how we pictured the stay , rustic cosy cabin updated just enough like the shower cubicle all functioning applicances good pans etc but love the vintage details (kitchen tiles) and WOW a whistling kettle (thank you from us Brits), Cabin 3 was actually perfectly tucked out the way by the river between amazing redwoods. The site is perfect for walks to Henry Cowell hikes although we didn't brave crossing the river to it; just listened to the water whilst wrapped in my blanket drinking tea on the deck. One evening we did the HC redwood loop the next day we headed all the way through to the top of the hills what amazing views and secenery on sandy trails and lovely birds. Everything you need in the cabin to feel like home and a very comfy bed and perfect stop on our californian tour to see even more redwoods and cabin in the redwoods was just amazing. My room was next to the reception and I had the most beautiful view of the ocean. The staff were very friendly and the evening wine happy bar and freshly baked cookies were a treat!

This Half Moon Bay hotel is less than 5 minutes walk to Half Moon Bay Brewing Company and a variety of restaurants and 10 minutes’ drive to Half Moon Bay State Beach. A huge room with all the comforts you could want. Great staff, very friendly, and a nice bar that also serves breakfast. Location is perfect, with several eateries in the immediate area and a short walk to the pier. Very gracious place to stay.

This Capitola hotel is 10 minutes’ drive from central Santa Cruz and New Brighton State Beach. It features an outdoor pool, and spacious suites with 32-inch flat-screen TVs and an iPod docking... The room was very comfortable and clean with ample space--very good value for the money, especially when compared to some of the other places in the area. We had a separate area to relax in, with a sofa and additional TV. We very much enjoyed our stay. It was only one night but super comfortable.

Surrounded by the Sonoma Coast, The Lodge at Bodega Bay sits on a hill overlooking Doran Regional Park with views of the Pacific Ocean and Bodega Bay. We were there for a night to celebrate my parents 60th birthday. Excellent hotel, amazing view and the service was exceptional ! My parents felt very special and had the time of their life !
