Ideally located in the quickly developing city of Ha Long, The modern contemporary design along with the cleanliness of this place was phenomenal. The staff as in all of Vietnam were helpful, resourceful and professional, showing true far eastern hospitality and politeness. Breakfast menu was varied and suited many pallets. Beautiful sky bar next to the infinity pool in 25th floor was the icing on the cake. £45 a night lived like kings and queens

The room is beautiful and clean as pictured, the area is not noisy and spacious. The staff supports 24/24, so traveling is very secure. The owner is very thoughtful.

We arrived late and the staff were there to check us in. The room was clean, comfortable beds and the surroundings quiet. The support from the staff during the stay was also exceptional.

Il Genesis Luxury Regal Cruise by Premier Group si trova ad Ha Long. La struttura è ubicata presso il Porto Turistico di Tuan Chau, nella Baia di Ha Long. Potrete ammirare la vista sul mare. Picking a cruise in Halong Bay was the hardest thing to do for our Vietnam tour since there are so many of them. In the end I decided to book Genesis and I think it was a good option. I mostly wanted to enjoy the bay and I did not run for many activities during the cruise so I would not rate this in my review. Regarding the ship and the services everything was great. The entire stay was very well organized, the staff is 100 stars for sure, Sunny who was our trip guy was great. They are smiling all the time and cheer you up even if you are in a bad mood. They are putting a lot of effort to make everybody feel comfortable and this is visible. The room was beautiful and very clean with everything you need. The food is very good, a bit too much I would say :)), and they are doing everything they can to incorporate everybody's need. Cocktails and coffee are also great. This cruise managed to completely relax me, we were able to stay everywhere on the boat and sometimes we were even alone around. We did not feel a single moment it's crowded, sometimes we felt the boat is there only for us. And also we did not feel surrounded by ships, there were several but at a decent distance. I was a bit afraid after reading so many reviews about how dirty the water is and how the garbage is everywhere around. Indeed you can spot some garbage in the water from time to time but I can say it was better than expected and it was not at all as dirty as I would have expected after reading the reviews.

Departing from Tuan Chau Marina, Peony Cruises designs jam-packed itineraries while cruising along the Ha Long - Lan Ha Bay. La vista dalla camera è spettacolare. Lo staff gentilissimo e molto attento (per la serata di capodanno hanno organizzato dei giochi per intrattenere molto ben riusciti). Infine, il cibo servito di buona qualità.

As Ha Long Bay becomes increasingly crowded — with ports overflowing with tourists and caves packed to the point where there's barely space to walk and the main route is jammed with Cruises and Boats... Imbarcazione ha il pregio di non essere enorme ma con gli spazi adeguati. L’organizzazione delle attività è misurata al tempo a disposizione ed è chiaramente facoltativa. L’equipaggio è presente senza essere invadente e il tour leader (Binh) che ci ha seguiti in questi due giorni si è rivelato eccezionale curando ogni dettaglio per far essere speciale e confortevole il nostro soggiorno. Noi abbiamo dormito nella stanza con balcone… una vera stanza d’albergo galleggiante. I pasti sono stati abbondanti e buoni. A differenza di altre imbarcazioni questa naviga realmente spingendosi oltre Ha Long Bay… abbiamo visitato Cat Ba Island e Lan Ha Bay dove abbiamo fatto un divertente giro sul kayak. Eravamo in pochi ed è stato fantastico. Binh ci ha fatto svegliare presto per vedere l’alba e siamo stati tra i primi ad arrivare a Cat Ba potendola vedere senza altri turisti. Consiglio vivamente questa crociera con questa compagnia… e a chi lo farà auguro di poter trovarsi con Binh.

The cabin, executive suite with balcony, was exceptionally nice. The food was fresh, well prepared and served in a nice setting. We had a personal waiter, Mr Tom, who made sure that we were served quickly and efficiently with courtesy and kindness. He was exceptional along with the entire crew who were friendly, courteous and professionally first class.

The rooms were spacious and very clean. The buffet lunch was spectacular with a variety of selection including Sui Shi. The pool was heated where we enjoyed it.

Bay View Halong Homestay Panoramic Bay View Luxury Apartment offre la vista sulla città a Ha Long e dispone di ristorante, servizio in camera, bar, giardino e terrazza. The view was amazing. Beautiful, clean apartment the owner couldn't do enough for us. Even dropped off new batteries for the tv late at night. We had a fabulous time in this gorgeous apartment.
