We’re also just a 10-minute drive from the Hemel-en-Aarde Valley, Hermanus’s award-winning wine route. Everything- this is the perfect stay. Owners are so lovely and passionate about this hostel. It’s clean and very well taken care of. Felt extremely safe and close to all the shops and restaurants.

The house offers a complimentary shuttle service in an around Hermanus and a concierge desk. Everything was great at the property, I liked the fact that the food was farm fresh and without any chemicals, it’s home cooked as well, tastes amazing. The room was spacious and the staff was really friendly, the location is great as it’s in a very quiet neighborhood, it’s right in front of a foot path that is 2km long, great for walks.

During your stay at the Auberge Burgundy Boutique Hotel & Spa, you can easily visit the popular local restaurants, the craft market, boutiques, art galleries and quaint shopping malls. The beach is also just 50 metres away, offering a variety of water-sports and nature tours. Tastefully decorated rooms with comfortable pillows and bedding. Clean bathroom, nice shower products. Great location and accommodating overall. Also had an inverter for loadshedding.Did not get to spend enough time here. Next time I come I will take some of the complimentary sherry and brandy from the lobby bar.

We could see that thought and care was put into the decor and design, with information about the area provided and a little tour of the property by the host. We felt welcomed and comfortable straight away. And the welcome committee included the cutest dog, which was a plus! The neighborhood is quiet so you can hear the sea clearly.

Till the small details of chocolate on the bed for our arrival, small and big towels, soap, bath soap and hair dryer, everything was amazing...even for the breakfast, the selection was super appreciated. The owner was very welcoming and surely our stay was 10/10

The host was amazing, helping us with various request for Betty’s bay like restaurants and safe routes to drive. Also a very cute house that has everything you need, and so many nice small bonuses like that they already prepared cold filtered water in the fridge. Also perfect location, very short drive for the restaurants in one end and the stony point penguins in the other. And also the most beautiful view with the mountains. We had a perfect stay, also very much recommend the Waaygat restaurant to anyone else, it was a really great restaurant
