This place is run by a lovely couple who are genuinely kind, helpful, and solution-oriented. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel at home. The room they gave us was beautiful, clean, and cozy — exactly what we needed. Their warmth and hospitality truly made a difference in our trip. The staff was exceptional and they allowed for early check-in. Breakfast was varied and had many healthy options to leave you ready for the day! The location was great--relatively secluded and about 2.5 miles from city center... a great walk if you're up for it but the bus is right around the corner.

    Great location. 20 minutes by car to Grindelwald or Lauterbrunnen. Although there was no one at reception/help desk ever but that didn't matter because there never rose a need for that. Interlaken city centre was hardly 5 minutes drive in case you want to enjoy some good coffee sitting by the relaxing sound of cowbells late evening. Internet was super fast!
