Carlos and Werner have created the most amazing experience. Their home is just so comfortable and has everything you need. Carlos’ cooking is fantastic! If you’re lucky enough to have the Deutsch pancake you’ll love it. Werner was so good with the tours and really took the time to make sure I had the best experience, suggesting options that weren’t on my radar but were fantastic. Everything ! The view is just incredible and the quietness is golden ! Sergio is a really lovely host who’s really looking after his guests making sure that they have everything they need. It was the best place I’ve been to during my trip to Costa Rica. There was a little issue with the shower of the bedroom but Sergio was super nice and proactive to provide a solution. I was also lucky to benefit from an upgrade and stay for the same price in the most beautiful room with a view on the ceiba! Well in a nutschell is was amazing !

The host was so friendly, helpful, and charming - he went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We had a spectacular view of Lake Arenal, and the sunset was fantastic. We were treated to a delicious breakfast with gallo pinto, scrambled eggs, ham, local fruit and cheese, and homemade gluten free bread with local coffee and fruit juice.
