The exchange with the owner who made the check-in easy and who provided a lot of useful information. The pension is very cosy with free coffee, tea, and water. Furthermore, they have towels for the beach and sunbrellas at your disposal. The room is clean and nice with a comfortable bed and pillows. We had a late bus to Bilbao and were allowed to leave our luggage as long as needed. That was well appreciated. The pension is perfectly located close to a little park, bakeries, and restaurants. It's only a 10 minutes walk to the beautiful "la concha" beach!

The hotel is super clean, modern and very aesthetic and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The common space has hot drinks and a kitchenette available to guests. The hotel is a few minutes walk from the city center and very close to the train station. Check-in is done automatically, but the hotel also has a staff member who was very pleasant and welcoming.

Perfect location, walking distance from everything and it's soundproof so you don't hear any noise from the street or neighbours. Bed super confortable. Also super easy to find (despite to what other review said) and easy to get access to the room if you arrive after reception hours, they will send you the steps, super easy. If I come back, I will definetly stay there again.

Amazing facility super clean and comfy great location but the heck in system was very annoying, we arrived at night and there is only machine you deal with scanning passports , had to do it a few times cos of system error, 2am with two kids tired wasn’t ideal ! But amazing place x

    Great location, very easy to get to from the bus station; 5-10 minute walk from the Kursaal/beach and 3 minutes from wide variety of bars and eating places. 1st floor room (with private bathroom) was clean, spacious and quiet and the pension itself was small, relaxed and easy-going. Simple check-in procedures using WhatsApp and the host is contactable if needed (we didn't). For a one-star pension, this is a very good choice.

    Great location, so close to the beach and the old town, while still being quiet. Comfortable bed, nice shower (nice to have a private bathroom which is not the case with all Pensions). Immaculately clean. Easy check-in and easy to store bags. Friendly host.

    We liked the quiet location, closeness to the bus station, the quirkiness, boutique style, cleanliness and decent facilities such as a kitchen for making capsule coffee and teas, fridges and fresh fruit out out for the guests and a lounge area. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
